  • Speak with an editor to discuss your questions.
  • Practice speaking with a fluent Spanish speaker. 
  1. Start with a deposit of $40. Your editor or Spanish speaker will keep a log of your time.
  2. Editing may use 15-minute increments at a time.
  3. Conversations with Spanish speakers require at least 30 minutes= $20
 
 Policies
 
  1.  All services must be paid in advance.
  2. Deadlines: An editor will return a paper between 24-48 hours, depending on a first-come-first-serve basis. Compositions submitted by midnight on Friday will be returned by midnight on Sunday. Immediate turn-around requires an additional $15 per page and needs to be arranged with the editor ahead of time.
  3. Services are active for 6 months from the date of purchase. After 6 months, services expire.
  4. An editor is an expert in helping students with the grammatical content of their papers. Students are responsible for fulfilling the requirements set by the professor when it comes to:
    • length of the paper
    • accurate research and bibliographic notations
    • complying with copy write laws
    • adhering to assignment themes or topics
      An editor is not responsible for papers that do not receive the grade the student is anticipating because the student has not complied with the requirements set by the teacher
  5. If a paper is turned in without showing sufficient effort or clarity, the editor may request a phone conference to clarify specific areas of the paper. This service will be billed at $40/ hour. An editor could also recommend that a student re-write and resubmit a cleaner first draft.
